Workshops must be paid for at the time of registration, and will not be refundable if we receive less than 48 hours notice from participants that they are unable to attend.

Please register at least two weeks in advance, as workshops may be cancelled due to low registration.

Workshops for Fall 2010:

Drawing with Pastels: WORKSHOP

Saturday, September 25 • Instructed by David Shkolny • 10-4 PM • $70 ($63 for members) • Supplies not included

This workshop explores the fundamentals of pastel working from a simple still life. Students will start with an under drawing and progressively build up the drawing with pastel. Each "building" stage will be explained and expounded upon to the class and the individual student. For students that finish early, David will do a demo of a landscape and students will be encouraged to paint one of their own.
