Mommy's little Monster: 3-D art class with dry paper mache
Instructor: Spyder Yardley-Jones
Ages 9-14
6 Wednesdays: October 6th - November 10th
5:00 - 6:30 PM
Cost: $125 (all supplies included)
Students will start out by creating and drawing their own character and then take it to the third dimension! Don't worry, there's no messy glue with these sculptures - just tinfoil, paper, tape and paint. Once the characters are complete students will make a diorama where tehy can live. We encourage students to let their imaginations run wild!
Illustration for Youth: How to create your own comics

3:00 - 5:00 PM
Cost: $125 (all supplies included)
Learn how to create and illustrate your own characters from scratch and turn them into a story. Each class students will learn about facial expressions, body movement and structure, drawing animals, mythical creatures and 3D shapes! Students will also learn about the importance of composition, storyboarding, shadows and inking techniques. For the last class students will take their new skills and create a collaborative comic in an all-out comic jam!
