Emotive and philosophical contemplations on the nature of grieving are built, dissected and examined within this body of work. Reflection upon the reality of loss within life and an integration of this understanding is a central theme of this work. Duchesne creates a dialogue of encrypted visuals that both examine and question Western Culture’s concept of grief through expansive compositional triads.
