Hosted by Bridget Ryan, Citytv's Breakfast Televison

Harcourt House Arts Centre and Visual Arts Alberta present the 7th annual signature fundraising event benefiting education and exhibition programs for two integral Edmonton-based visual arts organizations. This unique collaboration is a highly anticipated and high-energy event you don’t want to miss.

Join MC Bridget Ryan of City TV’s Breakfast Television as she guides patrons and guests who will bid high on live and silent auction artworks by some of Alberta’s and Canada’s best contemporary and historical visual artists.

Some notable artworks are up for auction by Bruce La Dain RCA, 1928-2000, Jonathan Knowlton, 1937-2004, Douglas Haynes, Peter von Tiesenhausen, Catherine Burgess RCA, Aaron Paquette, Brian McArthur and Dawn Deterando, Gordon Harper, David Janzen, Robert Sinclair RCA, Amy Loewan, Lyndal Osborne, Sharon Moore-Foster, Seka Owen RCA, Malcolm Mayes of the Edmonton Journal and more.

Lively jazz ensemble The Parkers will provide entertainment, featuring Karen Prokka, Bob Tildesley, Thom Golub and Kevin Parkinson. Enjoy a champagne reception, a selection of Canadian wines from CBC’s Gurvinder Bhatia and Vinomania Wines, and taste sensations provided by Three Bananas Café, Rigoletto’s Café and Edmonton’s Sofra restaurant.

This highly anticipated annual fundraiser is made possible through the generous support of artists, businesses, collectors, galleries and patrons of the arts. As well, items are available from many business and community organizations who believe visual culture is vital to a vibrant city. Our annual event is made possible with the cooperation of our friends at VAAA.
